SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Smaller units ship via UPS Ground, while larger units ship via motor freight.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, contact us at 717-682-8209 or email [email protected].
All products are built to order, and quick-ship or rush orders are prioritized in production.
If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order is already in production or has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Amish Country Products and More is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning a product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CLAIMS / SHORTAGES / RETURNS
IMPORTANT: Inspect all packages or crates for visible or concealed damage immediately upon receipt.
Weathervanes & Finials
All claims for damages, shortages, or repairs must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
No returns will be accepted without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cupolas, Gun Cabinets & Equestrian Furniture
For Motor Freight Deliveries:
Before signing the delivery receipt, note any damage—to packaging or contents—on the receipt.
If damage is discovered, refuse shipment and contact us immediately. If possible, take photos for our records.
We will handle the insurance claim and arrange a replacement as soon as reasonably possible.
If damage is discovered after signing the delivery receipt and the driver has left, you will be responsible for the claim and any resulting charges.
When damage is noted at delivery and the shipment is refused, Amish Country Products and More will take full responsibility for filing the claim and coordinating replacement, repair, or return.
If you cannot inspect the package upon delivery, note “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” next to your signature on the delivery receipt.
For UPS/FedEx Deliveries:
Inspect the shipment for visible or concealed damage within 7 days of receipt.
If damage is found, contact us immediately and send photos, if possible. We will determine the required replacement parts and send them promptly.
Retain all packaging materials in case the carrier requests an inspection.
If damage is reported after 7 days, you will be responsible for the claim and any associated costs.
When damage is reported within the noted time frame, Amish Country Products and More will take full responsibility for filing the claim and coordinating the replacement, repair, or return.
RETURN POLICY
Most of our products, including cupolas and gun cabinets, are built to order according to customer specifications.
Quoted build times serve as general guidelines for production.
Returns for reasons other than damage are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
